First Visit to Back in Balance

New Patient Visit

When you first arrive there will be some brief paperwork to complete.

During your first visit at Back in Balance, you will be asked to complete a health history form and a balance/scales test will be performed.

Comprehensive Consultation & Examination

Dr Jeff (Chiropractor) will then undertake a history consult and physical exam providing an explanation of what he observes as well as a brief explanation of chiropractic. Balancing if appropriate.

You will be sent for X-rays if the chiropractor feels they are necessary.

Allow about 30 minutes for your initial visit.
